Back to the caps this week! We've got a whopping 17 caps under the cut, because you can never have too much Confidence Man!


RULES (In addition to the basics)
-Blending is allowed for up to four caps, max.
-Manipulations are allowed.
-Animation is allowed.
-Please use only caps that are supplied under the cut.
-Please indicate if you would like a banner or not if you place in the contest.
-Make sure BOTH Charlie and Claire are in your icon.
-Deadline for submissions is Friday, December 10th, 2004.

Hm, that's odd. I think it may be just you, or the photobucket server was down at that time. :\
