cc_icontest which ironically breaks one of our rules. What could that be, you ask...?
Well, the theme for this week is Charlie OR Claire. This is indeed an icontest community celebrating their relationship, but it seems a bit unfair to the characters sometimes as they're both interesting individuals on their own. So for this week only, we DON'T want you to include Charlie and Claire in your icon -- in fact, we discourage it. We'll also allow you to submit two icons, if you wish, just in case you want to do a Charlie icon and a Claire icon.
RULES (In addition to the basics)
-Blending/manipulations/animation are allowed.
-Disregard #6 in the basic rules ("6. All submissions must include both Charlie and Claire. This is, after all, a CHARLIE/CLAIRE icontest!") for this week only.
-The Charlie/Claire Screencap Index may not come in too handy this week, but at least it's a guideline for scenes in which Charlie and/or Claire appear.
-You may submit up to two icons if you wish.
-Please indicate if you would like a banner or not if you place in the contest.
-Deadline for submissions is Friday, July 15th, 2005.
