Challenge #28 A&B: BLACK & WHITE / BLUES & GREENS

Since the two-week period seemed fine with most of members again, we're going to go ahead with it for just this challenge. I'll be on my holidays soon, so things can get back to the routine one-week challenge once things calm down a bit for me. =)

Because this is another extended challenge, we're going to give you two themes like we did a few weeks back that you can take your pick from.


Challenge A: Black & White
We're going to try our first colour theme with the very lack of colour. For this challenge you must create an icon that is solely in black and white. For an added twist, the images you use in your icon can only be taken from episodes up to Raised By Another. (That is, Pilot: Part 1, Pilot: Part 2, Tabula Rasa, Walkabout, White Rabbit, Confidence Man or Raised By Another. If you use an image of Charlie from The Moth, for example, it still qualifies, but you must make sure Claire is in the icon too, even though she did not appear in that episode.)


Challenge B: Blues & Greens
For the second theme, your icon must have a general hue/tint of blues/greens (like our layout, for example, or this:

An icon made by me a while ago). To compliment the black and white theme, all images for the blue/green challenge must come from an episode since Claire's 'Special' return. (Special, Homecoming, Outlaws, ...In Translation, Numbers, Do No Harm, The Greater Good, Born to Run, Exodus: Part 1 or Exodus: Part 2).

-Blending/manipulations/animation are all allowed.
-You may to submit two icons (one per challenge) this week, if you're so inclined.
-Don't forget to make use of the C/C Screencap Index, it should come in handy!
-Please specify which challenge your icon(s) is/are being submitted for.
-Please indicate if you would like a banner or not if you place in the contest.
-Deadline for submissions is Friday, July 1st, 2005.
